Project IRENE is an active research project with educational and research opportunities in a wide variety of areas including physics, math, media studies, audio engineering, audio restoration, audio forensics and more. If you are a current UC Berkeley student, opportunties are available through the Berkeley University Research Apprenticeship Program. You will get hands-on experience working with scientists who are actively designing technology being used at prestigious cultural institutions throughout the country.
